EKA Capital is a licensed Dubai brokerage (RERA No. 1508830) at Office 1914-160, The Binary Tower by Omniyat, Business Bay, Dubai. We built this site the way we build our valuations: no games, no fine-print tricks. This page says exactly what we collect and why.

What we collect

• What you give us. If you sign in with Google: your name and email. If you send an enquiry or ask for a valuation: your name, phone, email, and anything you attach (for seller valuations, optionally a title deed — used solely to read the property details).
• What the tools process. The listing links or property details you check, and the reports we generate on them. If you're signed in, your check history powers your "My EKA" dashboard and (if you opt in) the weekly digest of new below-market matches in areas you follow.
• Basic usage data. Which pages are visited and from where (referrer domain). We log this server-side ourselves; we do not run third-party advertising trackers or sell data to ad networks.

What we use it for

• To produce the report or valuation you asked for.
• To respond when you ask us to represent you, arrange a viewing, or sell your villa.
• To send you the digest or updates you signed up for — unsubscribe with one click, any time.
• To understand which tools are useful, so we improve the right things.

What we never do

• We never sell your personal data.
• We never share your identity with sellers, agents, or other buyers without your instruction.
• We never use your title deed for anything beyond preparing your valuation.

Third parties we rely on

Google (sign-in and fonts), our hosting providers (Render; Cloudflare for networking), and — when you contact us via WhatsApp — Meta's WhatsApp service. Each processes only what's needed to provide its function. Recorded-sale figures come from public Dubai Land Department data; listing data comes from the public portals you ask us to check.

Retention & your rights

We keep enquiry and account data while your account is active or your enquiry is open. Email ercan@ekacapital.ae to access, correct, or delete your data — we action deletion requests within 30 days. This site is operated from and governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
